Experience the Urbanna Oyster Festival, Virginia’s official celebration of oysters and one of the world’s oldest festivals dedicated to these prized shellfish. Held annually in Urbanna this event draws over 50,000 visitors from across Virginia and beyond, transforming the town of just 500 residents into a bustling hub of excitement.
Be sure to visit the Christ Church Parish booth/tent at the corner of Cross & Virginia Streets, the Home of the HOB. Picture a warm buttered ham biscuit topped with a delicious, hand-breaded, fried oyster. It will make your tongue beat your brains out!
