About the event
The Rt. Rev’d Gayle E. Harris, Assistant Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia, will visit Christ Church Parish on Sunday, February 22nd. Bishop Harris will confirm, reaffirm, and receive members of Christ Church Parish at the 10:30 service.
Following the service, there will be a potluck luncheon celebrating the Bishop’s visit and those being confirmed, reaffirmed, and received. The Men’s Brotherhood is bringing fried chicken, and we are asking parishioners to bring casseroles, green bean dishes, salads, mac and cheese, and other dishes, along with some delicious desserts.
