Sunday, March 3, 2019 there will be only one service at 3:00 PM as Bishop Susan Goff will be present to officiate and confirm, receive and renew vows as well as institute The Reverend Stuart Clary Wood as Rector of Christ Church Parish. The will not be an 8:00 AM or 10:30 AM Service this Sunday. |
Holy Eucharist is celebrated each Sunday at both the 8:00 am and 10:30 am services. Seasons, church events and special services and celebrations such as Easter, Christmas, Blessing of the Animals, visits by the Bishop, Stewardship Sunday and the Annual Meeting may result in changes in the location and time of the services. You should also check the Events menu/calendar of this website for the time and location of these events or call the church office. The fourth Sunday of each month there are prayers for healing and laying on of hands at the altar rail after communion and before the recessional.

8:00am -- Holy Eucharist Rite I - A quite service without music
10:30am -- Holy Eucharist Rite II - Service includes Organ and Choir music
Everyone is invited to a Coffee Hour in the Parish Hall immediately following each Sunday service.
Wednesdays
9:30 am - Weekly mid-week Eucharist in the chapel in the parish hall. The service last about 1/2 hour and the propers (lessons and collect) will be those of the saint on the liturgical calendar that is closest to that day. There will not be a homily at these services, instead a reading about the person being commemorated. Everyone is welcome.

The Lectionary study is conducted by The Rev. Wood. The classroom is located in the North wing of the Parish Hall past the Lobby, Ladies Restroom and Chapel on the left (West) side of the corridor across from the Choir Room
