Many, many times over the last several years while Don has been in poor health or experienced a health crisis, you have asked what you can do to help. Well, the time has come for that answer. He needs to put his house on the market as soon as possible. It is nearly empty, but you know that the delta between “nearly” and “totally” is real. All he can accommodate in his new residence at RWC is there. All the family can take has been taken. Antiques and other fine items are now at Urbanna Harbor Gallery for sale. Now, he needs to have us take the last last of everything...which is a relatively small amount of hand tools, linens, yard tools, Christmas decorations, generally small items but some are bulky. They will come to the church for the Trash and Treasure sale and those unsold to the Cryer Center. We won’t be cleaning his house; that will be done by his housekeeper, but removing anything that hasn’t found another home.

So, please come to Don’s house, 130 Orchard Cove Road in Locust Hill at 9 AM on Saturday, August 11th, and bring boxes and trucks if you have one, to pack up the last of his household. If many people come (and 20-30 is what we are hoping for) we can do this in one morning. If not, we will have to finish on Monday, August 13th. Thank you.
